Refund Policy

We need to take a deposit to hold your kitten the default amount is £200, should circumstances change prior to collecting the kitten on the agreed upon date the deposit would be returned in full. Should the agreed upon date pass and there is no contact from the new owner, costs for keeping the kitten would be deducted from the deposit amount charged at £50 per week.

Should an opportunity arise in the interim to sell the kitten to a new owner after the agreed upon collection date has passed. The kitten would be sold on and the full or remaining amount of the deposit returned.
